Manage accessibility in Jira

Getting started

1. Install Remediator from the Atlassian Marketplace.
2. Add the 3 Remediator fields for WCAG, Conformance Level, and Observations to your project on the Project Settings > Issue Types page.
3. Create better issues by capturing accessibility-related data using the newly added Remediator custom fields.
4. Enhance your Jira filters, dashboard gadgets, and other Jira apps with the new accessibility data.
5. Generate beautiful and accessible VPAT® documents in an instant, capturing the current state of accessibility from the issues in your project.

Your data is safe

All data entered is stored against the relevant Jira Projects and Issues, nothing leaves your Jira Cloud server. Remediator uses the latest Atlassian Forge Platform API and Components so there's no need for external hosted sites (like Connect sites) or databases, mitigating the risk of data-loss.

There are no external moving parts, so if Jira is up, so is Remediator.

It's not just your data that stays with Jira — Reports are generated within Jira itself, no external services are needed, perfect for teams concerned about data soverignty.
